Existential-approach consulting · Dubai & online
Make room for the questions that shape your life.
Wellmore Advisory offers consultations, courses and walking practice for people at a turning point in work or life.
Transitions
A new country, a career change, a role that ended. Time to look at what you are leaving, what you are keeping, and what comes next.
Choices
Decisions without a clear right answer. We work through the options, what each one costs, and what you are willing to take responsibility for.
Meaning
When things look fine on paper and still feel empty. Conversations about what matters to you, and how to give it more space each week.
Pace
Thinking changes when you move. Walking sessions give hard conversations more air and a steadier rhythm.
The three-month course
A guided course in the existential approach, with weekly sessions and practice between them.
Short intensives
Focused courses for one question or one decision.
Walking & running practice
Sessions held on foot, alone or in small groups.
Well, and a little more.
Wellmore is about living well, and then asking for a little more: more honesty with yourself, more room for what matters, more courage to choose. Not a perfect life. A fuller one.
About
Every new beginning starts with a question.
Wellmore was born from a simple belief: that life gets better when we stop running on autopilot and start choosing on purpose.
I have packed my life into suitcases more than once. New countries, new languages, new rooms where nobody knew my name. Each time, the outside changed completely, and each time the same questions came with me. Who am I here? What do I really want? What am I willing to leave behind?
I learned that those questions are not a problem to solve. They are an invitation. When you stop to listen to them, they show you the way.
I also learned that answers rarely come while sitting still. They come on long walks, on early morning runs, in honest conversations with people who are not afraid to go deeper. That is why movement and conversation are at the heart of everything Wellmore does.
Wellmore is the place I wish I had found at every turning point: a calm space to slow down, think clearly, and take the next step as yourself.
Alesia Tretiak, founder
“Every day I walk myself into a state of well-being and walk away from every illness; I have walked myself into my best thoughts.”
Wellmore brings together two traditions that have been pointing in the same direction for a long time. One is existential philosophy, which asks how to live a life you can call your own. The other is the practice of thinking, talking and healing while on the move.
- 1847Kierkegaard walks to thinkThe father of existential philosophy treats his daily walks through Copenhagen as part of his work.
- 1889NietzscheIn Twilight of the Idols he argues that only thoughts reached by walking have real value.
- 1910A session on footFreud meets the composer Gustav Mahler in Leiden and their consultation takes place over a long walk through the town.
- 1945Merleau-PontyPhenomenology of Perception describes us as bodies living in the world, not minds carried around by bodies.
- 1976Running therapyPsychiatrist Thaddeus Kostrubala publishes The Joy of Running and starts running with his patients.
- 1999Exercise in psychotherapyKate F. Hays publishes Working It Out: Using Exercise in Psychotherapy with the American Psychological Association.
- TodayWalk-and-talk practiceTherapists around the world work outdoors with clients, research on walking sessions keeps growing, and existential practitioners are writing about movement as a way to reach what words cannot.
Wellmore stands where these lines meet: existential questions, explored in honest conversation, while walking or running side by side.
The existential approach
The existential approach starts from what every person has to deal with: freedom and the responsibility that comes with it, uncertainty, our limited time, and the search for meaning. It does not label people or hand out formulas. It helps you see your situation clearly and make choices you can stand behind.
In practice that means honest, structured conversations, practical exercises between sessions, and, where it helps, working while walking outdoors.
Wellmore offers consulting and education. It is not a medical or psychiatric service and does not diagnose or treat mental health conditions. If you are in crisis, please contact local emergency services.
